4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

cuci12 supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 for all methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for all methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

Users may only withdraw funds to an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. cuci12 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to do so will be considered a policy violation and may result in account suspension.

5. Bonus Policy and Wagering Requirements

• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progress in the VIP programme depends on your overall wagering activity. Tier upgrades are assessed periodically by cuci12 based on internal criteria. cuci12 reserves the right to review a user's VIP status if account activity decreases significantly.

7. Responsible Behaviour and Self-Exclusion
